Customer Service Executive for AEGIS Malaysia (50 Vacancies)

Responsibilities:

 Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company &  products

 To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

 Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. 

Requirements:

 Required language(s): English + Mandarin (Chinese)

 Must have a minimum Degree qualification with any field of studies

 Prior experience in services industry will be added advantage.

 Work permit for selected candidates will be provided.

Salary & Benefit

 Base salary: MYR 2000

 Language allowance for Mandarin: MYR 500

 Additional to base salary – KPI incentives, Attendance allowance, Shift allowances

 OT is allowed, per hour MYR 10

 Flight ticket for all selected candidates to Malaysia will be provided.

 Accommodation for the initial 14 days upon arrival will be provided.

 Fully equipped gym with aerobics studio & shower facilities

 Rest & relax area (pool, foosball, etc)

 Monthly fun and exciting staff activities (pool & bowling competition, treasure hunt, etc)
